Safe Systems of Work
Safety Is
Non-Negotiable
Across both divisions, every operation is governed by formal documented safe systems of work. Safety is not a clause we add to a proposal — it is the operational framework within which every decision is made, before mobilisation, during execution, and in review.
We plan every operation before mobilisation. We brief our teams clearly and consistently. We control the working environment, manage hazards proactively, maintain qualified supervision throughout every dive, and debrief after every job.
Our commitment to safety is not compliance-led. It is built into the culture of how we work. No contract, timeline or commercial pressure overrides the requirement to work safely.
01
Risk Assessment & Method Statements
Every operation is preceded by formal documented risk assessment and a defined safe method of working.
02
Qualified Dive Supervision
All diving operations are supervised by qualified Dive Supervisors with clear authority and defined responsibility.
03
Emergency Preparedness
Formal emergency procedures, standby provisions and first response capability are in place on every operation.
04
Post-Operation Review
We debrief, document and review operations systematically to drive improvement over time.
"Every diver who enters the water comes back out. That is the only acceptable outcome — and we build every system around it."
This principle governs every operational decision. It is the reason we select our clients, our equipment and our working methods as carefully as we do. We do not take work that cannot be done safely. We do not compromise this position for cost, timeline or convenience.
